| Shipping and deliverye are approximatly 3 to 7 days once we have received your payment. However due to the large number of items, sizes and color available it is impossible to have all lingerie or costumes in stock at all times, which means that some lingerie or costumes will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Your article may be then delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. We will advise you by email of the delivery status in this case. |

guarantee ? |
| All sales are final. Please know your size before buying. Due to health regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or products exchanges. The only exception is manufacturer defects. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you refund after you have returned the wrong or defective item to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order. |

we have validated your order, all payments should be received by us
within 7 days. We will then send you your products once we have

| [12] How can I pick her size ? (advice for our men) |
If you
are buying a gift to surprise her, you need to know her correct size.
To find out her correct size, check out discreetly the tags on her
underwear (bras & Briefs).
On her tag's bras you should find something like 10B, 12C or 8A (those
are just examples).
The number means the size of her bust and the letter her cup size. So
now you have her bra size.
On her tag's briefs you should find a number (8, 10, 12, 14 etc.) or
maybe just a letter:

Just follow Paypal's instruction on checkout. Any unused portion of the Gift Voucher will remain as a in store credit and can be used on the any of our websites listed below. The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash and are non transferable. The original expiration date will still apply.

| [18] What is Drop Shipping ? |
| When we receive an order for our Sensual Mystique and Ellies Shoes products, we just need to place the order with our distributors and they will ship it directly to you, our customer. They will do all the packaging and shipping for us. We do not need to stock any inventory at all. It is very simple. However it can take up to 6 weeks for you to get your order. If there are any delays ( e.g: sold out...), we will notify you immediately. |
